Shredded cheeses
cheddar, Monterey jack, Mexican blend, etc.

Vegetable oil
Favorite BBQ Sauce
Queso dip or cheese sauce
French fried onions
Guacamole
Instructions
Place approximately ΒΌ of the chicken and cheese onto half of each tortilla.
Fold the tortilla in half and place in a preheated nonstick skillet with about 1 Tbsp of oil.
Cook over medium heat until browned and flip quesadilla over to brown the other side for 1-2 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool slightly. Slice in half.
Stack quesadillas and top with BBQ sauce, queso, fried onions, and guacamole.
