Instructions
Cook chicken per specifications.
Cook potatoes per package instructions.
Sautee onions and bell peppers. Season with cumin, salt, and pepper, to taste.
Place bed of potatoes in bowl.
Top with scrambled eggs, sauteed peppers and onions, chicken strips, and pico de gallo.
