Pretzel Crouton Ingredients

Olive oil

Pretzel buns
diced into 1/2" cubes

Dried thyme leaves

Instructions
Cook chicken according to directions.
Toss romaine, carrots, and celery together.
Top with chicken, croutons, parmesan, bacon, and chives.
Serve with dressing.
Pretzel Crouton Instructions
Lay pretzel bun cubes on baking sheet and leave out overnight uncovered to stale.
Once stale, preheat oven to 350° F.
Toss pretzel cubes with oil and seasonings.
Spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, stirring halfway.
Bake until golden and crunchy.
