Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breakfast Sausage Patties
- 4 slices Rustic bread toasted
- 4 slices Smoked gouda cheese
- 1 cup Spinach sauteed
- 4 Egg whites scrambled
- garnish tomatoes, greens, olive oil, everything bagel spice
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook chicken per specifications.
- Top each slice of toasted bread with 1 slice of smoked gouda, ΒΌ cup of sauteed spinach, 1 chicken sausage pattie, and 1 scrambled egg white.
- Garnish, if desired.
- Season to taste.
