Spread approximately 1 Tbsp of butter on each slice of bread. Coat butter side completely with Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
Heat Grilled Chicken Filets using desired method and set aside.
In large skillet over medium heat, place slice of bread butter/Parmesan cheese side down. Add one slice of Mozzarella cheese, a grilled chicken filet, three mozzarella sticks, ¼ cup marinara sauce, and a 2nd slice of mozzarella cheese. Top with another piece of bread, butter/Parmesan side out.
Cook until bread is golden brown, then flip sandwich over.
