Instructions
Cook chicken according to directions on packaging.
Heat mashed potatoes until warm.
Add chicken, mashed potatoes, cheese, and sour cream into a bowl together. Mix until well combined.
Add filling to middle to wonton wrapper. Brush the edges of wrapper with a little bit of water. Lightly press to seal. Boil in a pot of salted water (about 2-3 minutes) before draining. You’ll know they’re ready when they start to float.
Put boiled pierogi in oiled skillet over medium heat until lightly browned, about 2 minutes per side.
