Instructions
Cook farro according to package.
Cook chicken according to directions.
Whisk together dressing ingredients and set aside.
Divide farro into serving bowls. Top with chicken, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onion.
Sprinkle farro, chicken, and hummus with about 1 tsp. of Shawarma Seasoning. Serve drizzled with dressing.
