Instructions
Cook chicken filets per specifications.
Add all Chipotle Lime Spread ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary.
Assemble all sandwich ingredients on bread. Toast bread until golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve warm.
