Unbreaded chicken breast filets

Romaine lettuce
cut into 1” pieces/chunks

Croutons or grilled bread cubes

Caesar dressing

Wooden skewers

Parmesan cheese
shaved or shredded
Instructions
Cook chicken according to instructions and allow to cool.
Cut each chicken breast filet into 8 pieces, approximately ½ ounce each.
Begin threading skewers with chicken, lettuce and croutons in desired order.
Before serving, drizzle skewers with Caesar dressing and top with Parmesan cheese.
