Instructions
Cook the chicken per specifications.
Heat chickpeas over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Mix with chicken.
Add sauce to the chicken and chickpea mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Sauté vegetable medley over medium high heat for 4-5 minutes, or until cooked to preference.
Cook rice according to directions on packaging.
Plate the chicken mixture, rice, and vegetables.
