Instructions
Combine ingredients for the Mango Salsa, set aside for 10-15 minutes.
Combine ingredients for the jerk seasoning.
Evenly rub the jerk seasoning into chicken breast fillets.
In a skillet or griddle, heat oil. Add seasoned chicken and heat to specifications.
Serve jerk chicken with mango salsa atop prepared rice.
