Instructions
In a sauce pan heat 1 Tbsp. of the olive oil and sauté the peppers, onion, and garlic for 1 minute.
Next add the seasoning, lemon, and the rest of the olive oil and heat while stirring to a simmer for about 4-5 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool, when cool blend in a food processor until smooth (add a little more olive oil if necessary) and strain.
Heat chicken per specifications, place in a stainless bowl, and toss in enough sauce just to coat.
Serve with cool yogurt dipping sauce and celery sticks.
