We recommend a garlicky Ranch-infused crema.

finely diced

dill pickles
finely diced

red onion
finely diced

red bell pepper
finely diced

garlic

kosher salt

pickle brine

fresh jalapeno
minced
Instructions
Cook boneless wings per specifications and then toss in hot sauce.
Lightly grill tortillas to soften.
Place boneless wings on tortillas, and drizzle with crema.
Top with pickle de gallo.
Pickle de Gallo Instructions
In a mixing bowl, toss together cucumbers, pickles, onions, bell peppers, garlic, jalapeno and salt.
Drizzle the pickle brine over the mixture and toss again.
Cover tightly and refrigerate for an hour before using.
