Savory Wings with Cantaloupe and Bocconcini

chop fine
Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat chicken wings to specifications.
In a large bowl combine the melon, bocconcini, prosciutto, tomato, spinach, lemon, honey with the sea salt and cracked pepper to taste.
Toss in the basil and place salad down on the base of a platter.
Take juice left from salad and toss hot wings and place atop of chilled salad.
