Instructions
Heat chicken per specifications via frying for extra crunch.
In a bowl toss together cabbage, carrot, and cilantro with the vinegar. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and sugar.
Split and core out the center of baguette so the filling sits inside like a boat.
Whip together mayonnaise and sriracha. Spread mixture on both halves of baguette.
Layer thinly sliced cucumber, slaw mixture, jalapeno and green onion on baguette. Top with boneless wings.
Mix sriracha and honey together until smooth, drizzle over boneless wings and finish with baguette top.
