When pizza dough is proofed and ready to be used, stretch to fit pizza pan. If desired, you can brush the edges with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt.
Spread the hummus on the pizza crust and sprinkle with Za’atar seasoning.
Top with sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, eggplant, zucchini, olives, and chicken.
Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes, until crust is cooked through, golden brown, and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F. Rotate pizza halfway. Add feta in the last 3-5 minutes of cook time.
