
Moroccan Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Harissa Mayo

Ingredients
- 1 ea ea. 4201 Grilled Breast filet
- 2 ea ea. Whole Grain bread slices
- 1½ tsp Moroccan spice blend recipe below
- 2 tsp Harissa sauce prepared
- 1 Tbsp Heavy mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Red onion cut thin strips
- ½ cup Baby Arugula
Moroccan Spice Blend
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Ground ginger
- 1 tsp Seasalt
- 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne
- 1/2 tsp Ground allspice
- 3/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Ground cloves
- Zest from 1 lemon
Instructions
- Season breast filet with Moroccan spice blend and heat to specifications
- Blend together the Harissa sauce and heavy mayo
- Warm whole grain bread and place down the arugula
- Top with spiced grilled chicken filet, top with red onion and drizzle with the Harissa mayonnaise.
- Top off with the other slice of warmed whole grain bread and enjoy
