- ½ cup Sliced Chicken
- 2 tsp Korean BBQ sauce Prepared
- 3 leaves Bibb Lettuce
- 1 cup Sticky Rice Prepared
- ¼ cup Pickled ginger
- ¼ cup Scallions diced
Miso Mayo Sauce
- ¼ cup Mayo
- 1 Tbsp White Miso
- 1 Tbsp Ginger grated
- 1 Tbsp Garlic diced
Instructions
- Prepare chicken per instructions.
- Toss prepared chicken in Korean BBQ sauce.
- Place sticky rice, chicken, and pickled ginger in lettuce leaves.
- Top with scallions and drizzle with miso mayo.
