
Chicken Sushi Sandwich

Ingredients
- ½ lb Boneless Chicken Wings
- 2 cups Sushi rice
- 1 pkg Nori
- 1 pkg Canned ham
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Red onion sliced and pickled
- 1 Radish sliced and pickled
- 1 Carrot julienned
- 1 head Purple cabbage thinly sliced or shredded
- 1 Pineapple thinly sliced into rings and grilled
- Teriyaki sauce
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook chicken per specifications and slice into small pieces.
- Cook the sushi rice according to the package and let cool slightly.
- Cut two slices of canned ham and lightly brown them on a griddle or frying pan.
- Lay the nori sheets into a long rectangle.
- Add sushi rice on top of the nori sheets and pack together.
- Layer cucumber, carrots, red onion, radish, avocado, purple cabbage, pineapple, canned ham, and chicken in thin layers on one half of the rice.
- Carefully fold the rice and nori over the top of the ingredients to wrap the contents.
- Cut the sushi sandwich in half and turn the insides up.
- Drizzle teriyaki sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds over the top of the sandwich.
