Carey serves as the VP of Facilities and Transportation. In his role, Carey oversees a team of engineers and project managers responsible for all facility infrastructure,
including design, development, and implementation of all facilities. Carey’s team manages areas from production and system processes to utilities, cost reductions, process changes, equipment installation, facility utilization, and project budgeting and management. Carey has been leading the facilities area of the company since 1998. Carey also directs the strategy of the transportation company while facilitating overall leadership to the transportation team.
As of February 2023, Carey now oversees the maintenance functions of each facility, which continues to be primarily focused on maintaining the readiness of each location.
Carey is an active member of the company’s Executive Steering Committee. Carey also serves on the Board of Directors, Brakebush Family Foundation Board, and the Elder Leadership Board at Cornerstone Bible Church where he currently serves as president. Carey is involved in various committees throughout the company and is a 3rd generation family member.
