Ingredients
- 2 cups Diced Chicken
- 4 oz Rice noodles
- 1 Cucumber ribboned with a peeler
- 1 Carrot julienned
- 1 Jalapeno sliced
- 1 bunch Radishes sliced and pickled
- 1 Avocado sliced
- 1 head Purple cabbage thinly sliced or shredded
- Sriracha mayo
- Cilantro
Instructions
- Cook chicken per specifications.
- Cook noodles according to the package, and then add them to the bottom of a bowl.
- Add cucumbers to one section of the bowl, and do the same with radishes, avocado, chicken, carrots, purple cabbage, and sriracha mayo.
- Sprinkle jalapenos on top, if desired.
- Tuck some cilantro leaves between ingredients in the bowl for garnish.
