Ingredients
- 1 lb. Diced chicken
- Pickle slices dill or bread and butter
- Cornbread cut into ~1” cubes
- Prepared BBQ Rub
- Prepared BBQ Sauce
Instructions
- Thread chicken thigh meat, pickles, and cornbread cubes onto skewers.
- Cook over preheated grill (low) until chicken reaches 165°F internal.
- Season skewers with BBQ rub and brush chicken with prepared BBQ sauce.
- Grill for additional 20-30 seconds to set sauce.
