Ingredients
- 5702 Flame-Grilled Chicken Burger
- Pita flatbread
- Tzatziki Sauce recipe below
- Vine-ripened tomato sliced
- Red onion sliced
- 1 Oz Feta cheese crumbled
Tzatziki Sauce
- 1 Cup Greek-style plain yogurt
- Cucumber peeled, seeded and chopped
- Garlic clove minced
- 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp Fresh dill chopped
- ½ Tsp Kosher salt or to taste
- ¼ Tsp Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Make Tzatziki Sauce by stirring together the yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice and dill in a medium bowl. Season with the salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken burger per specifications and slice it in half.
- Warm the flatbread on a griddle, grill, or in microwave until pliable.
- Place the two burger halves into the pita and top with sliced tomato, red onion, crumbled Feta and tzatziki sauce.
