Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Tenders/Strips
- 1 cup Ramen or Udon noodle
- ½ cup Ramen / miso broth prepared
- ½ cup Sugar Snap Peas
- 2 Tbsp Katsu Sauce prepared
- ¼ cup Shitake Mushrooms sliced
- Green onion sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Cook chicken per specifications. Cook noodles.
- Top noodles with chicken, snap peas and sliced mushrooms.
- Pour broth over top.
- Drizzle with Katsu sauce.
- Top with green onion and serve.
