- 1 Breaded Tenders
- 1 Hoagie roll toasted
- ½ Avocado sliced
- ¼ cup Black beans cooked
- ¼ cup Lettuce shredded
- 2 Tbsp Queso Fresco crumbled
- 2 Tbsp Cilantro chopped
- 1 Tbsp Salsa
- Crema to drizzle
Instructions
- Cook chicken tender per specifications.
- Spread salsa on the top half of a hoagie roll.
- Place chicken, beans, lettuce, cilantro, and avocado into the roll.
- Top with queso fresco and a drizzle of crema.
