Ingredients

  • 1 Breaded Tenders
  • 1 Hoagie roll toasted
  • ½ Avocado sliced
  • ¼ cup Black beans cooked
  • ¼ cup Lettuce shredded
  • 2 Tbsp Queso Fresco crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp Cilantro chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Salsa
  • Crema to drizzle

Instructions

  • Cook chicken tender per specifications.
  • Spread salsa on the top half of a hoagie roll.
  • Place chicken, beans, lettuce, cilantro, and avocado into the roll.
  • Top with queso fresco and a drizzle of crema.
