
Cold Peanut Sesame Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked noodles ramen, udon, soba, etc.
- 8 oz Brakebush 5254 Grilled Diced Breast & Thigh
- 2 tbs sesame oil plus a splash
- 3 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs Chinese rice vinegar
- 2 tbs tahini
- 2 tbs smooth peanut butter
- 1 tbs granulated sugar
- 1 tbs finely grated ginger
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp chili-garlic paste or sambal oelek
- ¼ cup chopped roasted peanuts
Instructions
- In mixing bowl, toss cooked noodles with a splash of sesame oil. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the remaining 2 tablespoons sesame oil, the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame paste, peanut butter, sugar, ginger, garlic and chili-garlic paste.
- Pour the sauce over the noodles and toss. Transfer to a serving bowl, and garnish with peanuts.
