Ingredients
- 1 Crispy chicken filet
- 1 Brioche bun
- ⅓ cup Arugula
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic glaze
- 3 oz Brie sliced in 1 inch pieces
- 3 oz Apple sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp cranberry jam prepared
Instructions
- Cook chicken filet per specifications.
- Place brioche bun on work surface and top with arugula.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze on the arugula and top with sliced apples.
- Place chicken filet atop the apples, and add sliced brie evenly atop the filet.
- Spread cranberry sauce on the brie and finish with the top bun.
