Cranberry Brie Crispy Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 Crispy chicken filet
  • 1 Brioche bun
  • cup Arugula
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic glaze
  • 3 oz Brie sliced in 1 inch pieces
  • 3 oz Apple sliced thin
  • 2 Tbsp cranberry jam prepared

Instructions

  • Cook chicken filet per specifications.
  • Place brioche bun on work surface and top with arugula.
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze on the arugula and top with sliced apples.
  • Place chicken filet atop the apples, and add sliced brie evenly atop the filet.
  • Spread cranberry sauce on the brie and finish with the top bun.
