Ingredients
- 16-20 oz Diced Chicken Breast
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup Mango chutney
- 2 Tbsp Black currants
- 1 Scallion minced
- ¼ cup Pistachios roughly chopped
- 2 Tbsp Curry powder
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, mango chutney, black currants, scallion, pistachios, and curry powder in a medium bowl. Stir until completely blended.
- Fold chicken into dressing until coated.
- Garnish with additional chopped scallion and crushed pistachios if desired.
