Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Light soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp Mirin
- 2 Tbsp Unseasoned rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Gochujang
- 3 Tbsp Light corn syrup
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Minced garlic fresh
- 1 tsp Grated ginger fresh
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to medium saucepan. Bring to boil and then reduce heat immediately. Simmer for 4-5 minutes, until sauce has thickened.
- Add the sauce to your favorite Brakebush chicken products.
