Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Mirin
  • 2 Tbsp Unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Gochujang
  • 3 Tbsp Light corn syrup
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Minced garlic fresh
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger fresh
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to medium saucepan. Bring to boil and then reduce heat immediately. Simmer for 4-5 minutes, until sauce has thickened.
  • Add the sauce to your favorite Brakebush chicken products.
