- 4-6 Chicken tenders
- 2 oz Crema
- 2 oz Fresh or frozen corn kernels thawed
- 1 oz Cotija cheese grated
- Tajin seasoning to taste
- Fresh cilantro to garnish
- Wooden or bamboo skewers
Instructions
- Prepare chicken breast tenders according to instructions.
- Run skewer lengthwise through each chicken breast tender.
- Place tenders on plate and top with crema, corn, Cotija and fresh cilantro.
