HONEY MUSTARD BLT SLIDERS

Honey Mustard BLT Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 Pack 12 ct. slider rolls
  • 6 oz. Rotisserie-style chicken
  • 6-8 slices Bacon or 2-3 oz. bacon bits
  • 6 slices Colby jack cheese
  • 4-6 pieces Leafy lettuce
  • 2-3 oz. Red onion sliced
  • 6-8 Tomato slices
  • 3 Tbsp Garlic/Herb Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Mayo

Instructions

  • Cut the bread. Using a serrated knife, cut the rolls in half lengthwise.
  • Add mayo. Spread an even layer of mayo on the bottom half of the bread.
  • Add the rotisserie chicken. Scatter the shredded rotisserie chicken evenly over the top of the mayo.
  • Add the cheese. Place the sliced cheese on top of the chicken. Place it in oven and toast until cheese is melty.
  • Add the rest of the toppings. Layer on the bacon, tomatoes, onion, and lettuce.
  • Top the rolls. Put the top half of the rolls on. Then spread the garlic-herb butter evenly on top of the rolls using a pastry brush.
  • Cut into individual sliders and serve!
