Huli Huli Marinade/Glaze

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Light brown sugar packed
  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • 1 cup Pineapple juice canned
  • ½ cup Shoyu or soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp Grated or minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp Ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to mixing bowl or saucepan and stir until combined.
  • Can be used as a marinade for raw chicken or brushed on fully cooked chicken as a glaze while reheating.
