Ingredients

  • ½ cup Diced Chicken Breast
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • ½ Tbsp Ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups Lettuce iceberg or romaine
  • 1 Egg hard boiled
  • 2 slices Bacon cooked and chopped
  • ¼ cup Blue cheese
  • ½ Roma tomato chopped
  • ½ Avocado chopped
  • ½ Tbsp Fresh chives
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Cook chicken per specifications.
  • In a bowl, add all ingredients and mix until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
  • Make it handheld by serving it in a wrap, on bread or tucked into pita.
