Ingredients
- ¾ cup Sliced chicken
- ¼ cup Hummus
- ⅛ cup Feta
- 2 Tbsp Greek Dressing
- 1 ½ cup Couscous
- 2 Tbsp Chickpeas
Salad
- ¼ cup Lettuce
- 1 Mini cucumber halved
- ⅛ cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 Tbsp Kalamata olives halved
- 2 Tbsp Red onion diced
Instructions
- Cook chicken per specifications.
- Layer bottom of bowl with couscous.
- Top with chicken, hummus, and salad.
- Garnish with feta and serve with dressing cup.
