
Mini Chicken and Waffles

Ingredients
- 1 lb Popcorn Chicken
- 1 box Mini Waffles 10 sets of 4
- 5 slices Bacon cooked
- ½ cup Maple syrup barrel-aged, if possible
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place 4-6 sheets of mini waffles on a sheet pan. Bake for 5-7 minutes.
- Prepare chicken according to specifications.
- Place ¼ slice of bacon on top of a mini waffle. Top with 1-2 pieces of popcorn chicken and a second mini waffle. Secure with a pick and drizzle with maple syrup.
