Ingredients

  • 1 lb Popcorn Chicken
  • 1 box Mini Waffles 10 sets of 4
  • 5 slices Bacon cooked
  • ½ cup Maple syrup barrel-aged, if possible

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Place 4-6 sheets of mini waffles on a sheet pan. Bake for 5-7 minutes.
  • Prepare chicken according to specifications.
  • Place ¼ slice of bacon on top of a mini waffle. Top with 1-2 pieces of popcorn chicken and a second mini waffle. Secure with a pick and drizzle with maple syrup.
