Ingredients
- 1 cup Popcorn Chicken
- 3 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 cup Dill pickles sliced
- 1 Tbsp Fresh dill
- ⅓ cup Garlic dill sauce recipe below
Garlic Dill Sauce Ingredients
- ¼ cup Mayo
- ½ cup Sour cream
- 1 Tbsp Fresh dill
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together ingredients for garlic dill sauce and spread them over prepared crust.
- Cook popcorn chicken according to specifications.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza, followed by half of the pickles and chicken.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over top of pizza and top with the remaining popcorn chicken.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until pizza crust is fully cooked and cheese is melted.
- Top with the remaining pickle slices and fresh dill.
