
Sticky Miso Chicken

Ingredients
- 3 oz Boneless wings
- ½ cup jasmine rice dry
- 1-2 Tbsp green onions sliced, for garnish
- 1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish
Honey Miso Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Miso paste
- ¼ cup Rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1-2 tsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
- Combine all sauce ingredients and whisk. If too thin for desired consistency, add sauce to saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add cornstarch slurry and whisk until desired thickness is achieved.
- Cook boneless wings according to package instructions.
- Layer rice on plate. Toss boneless wings in sauce and place on rice. Garnish and serve.
