Ingredients
- 1-2 Chicken Tenders
- 1 Large flour tortilla
- ½ cup Romaine lettuce shredded
- 1 Tbsp Cilantro chopped
- 1 Small carrot julienned
- ¼ Cucumber julienned
- 1 Tbsp Peanuts crushed
- 2 Tbsp Peanut sauce prepared
Instructions
- Cook chicken tenders per specifications and cut into large pieces.
- Place down the tortilla and spread peanut sauce on half. Sprinkle crushed peanuts on the peanut sauce.
- On the dry half of the tortilla, line up the vegetables and chicken tender pieces.
- Finish by rolling the chicken side of the tortilla toward the sauce side.
