Wasabi Wings

Ingredients

  • 6 Roasted Wings
  • 1 cup Mixed baby greens
  • ½ cup Napa cabbage fine shred
  • ¼ cup Carrot fine shred
  • ¼ cup Cucumber fine strip
  • ¼ cup Red bell pepper fine strip
  • 1 Tbsp Green onion thin bias cut
  • ¼ cup Cilantro leaves

Ginger Lime Dressing

  • 2 Tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tsp Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp Ginger fresh (minced)

Wasabi Mayo

  • ½ cup Heavy mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Wasabi paste prepared, to taste
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice fresh

Instructions

  • To make dressing: In a bowl, whisk ingredients together and let stand 30 minutes before using.
  • To make wasabi mayo: In a bowl, blend ingredients together.
  • Heat chicken per specifications and toss in dressing. Put back in oven for one minute.
  • In a bowl toss together mixed greens, Napa cabbage, carrot, cucumber, bell pepper, green onion and cilantro.
  • Mix the Napa/vegetable blend with enough dressing just to coat. Season to taste.
  • In a serving bowl place the marinated Asian Style vegetable slaw and top with heated chicken.
  • Drizzle chicken wings with Wasabi Mayo and serve
