
Wasabi Wings

Ingredients
- 6 Roasted Wings
- 1 cup Mixed baby greens
- ½ cup Napa cabbage fine shred
- ¼ cup Carrot fine shred
- ¼ cup Cucumber fine strip
- ¼ cup Red bell pepper fine strip
- 1 Tbsp Green onion thin bias cut
- ¼ cup Cilantro leaves
Ginger Lime Dressing
- 2 Tbsp Lime juice
- 1 Tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tsp Sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp Ginger fresh (minced)
Wasabi Mayo
- ½ cup Heavy mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Wasabi paste prepared, to taste
- 1 tsp Lemon juice fresh
Instructions
- To make dressing: In a bowl, whisk ingredients together and let stand 30 minutes before using.
- To make wasabi mayo: In a bowl, blend ingredients together.
- Heat chicken per specifications and toss in dressing. Put back in oven for one minute.
- In a bowl toss together mixed greens, Napa cabbage, carrot, cucumber, bell pepper, green onion and cilantro.
- Mix the Napa/vegetable blend with enough dressing just to coat. Season to taste.
- In a serving bowl place the marinated Asian Style vegetable slaw and top with heated chicken.
- Drizzle chicken wings with Wasabi Mayo and serve
