Whole milk
Salt and pepper

Instructions
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add sausage crumbles. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until sausage is heated through.
Add butter to pan. When completely melted, add flour and mix until well combined.
Slowly stir in milk. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring frequently, until thickened to desired consistence.
Season with additional salt and pepper, if needed.
Serve on top of your favorite homemade or store-bought biscuits!
