Instructions
Cook chicken per specifications.
Preheat waffle iron.
Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add flour, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla until just smooth.
Spray preheated waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray. Pour a layer of batter onto iron.
Add as many breakfast sausage patties as your waffle iron will allow.
Top with another layer of waffle batter.
Close waffle iron and cook to desired doneness.
