Ingredients

  • 5711 Chicken Breakfast Sausage Patties
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 ¾ cups Milk
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp. Baking powder
  • 4 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Cook chicken per specifications.
  • Preheat waffle iron.
  • Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add flour, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla until just smooth.
  • Spray preheated waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray. Pour a layer of batter onto iron.
  • Add as many breakfast sausage patties as your waffle iron will allow.
  • Top with another layer of waffle batter.
  • Close waffle iron and cook to desired doneness.
