Garlic Lime Vinaigrette:

Olive oil

Lime
zested

Lime juice
1-2 limes

Garlic
minced

Honey

Heavy cream
Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Cook chicken according to directions and then slice into 1/4" pieces.
Mix the oranges, grapefruit, and avocado.
Top rice with citrus salad, onion, beans, and sauce.
Vinaigrette Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until well combined. Store in the fridge until ready to be used. Top with chopped cilantro, if desired.
