Cornbread Waffle Ingredients

Instructions
Cook chicken wings per specifications.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together buttermilk, butter, sugar, and eggs.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Pour wet mixture over dry ingredients and stir using a rubber spatula until moist.
Spray waffle grates with nonstick cooking spray.
Spoon about ¼ cup of batter into waffle iron.
Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per waffle.
Top waffles with chicken wings, corn, cotija, cilantro, and hot honey (if desired).
