Lemon or lime wedges
Instructions
In a deep bowl, layer quinoa and chicken.
Top with cucumber, olives, feta, tomato, onion and parsley.
Spoon the dollop of hummus on top.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with cracked black pepper and salt.
Serve with lemon or lime wedge.
