Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Nuggets
- 1 10” whole wheat tortilla
- ½ oz Pepper Jack cheese sliced
- ¼ tsp Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat chicken per specifications.
- Place tortilla on flat work surface, place down cheese on half and top with heated chicken nuggets. Fold in half making half-moon shape.
- In a skillet heat oil and brown quesadilla on both sides. Slice and serve.
- Note: Serve with Tortilla chips & salsa if desired.
