Ingredients
- 1 Chicken Breakfast Sausage Pattie
- 1 Buttermilk biscuit
- ¼ cup French toast batter (see ingredients)
- 1 tsp Bacon butter
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon sugar
- 1 slice Cheddar cheese
- 1 Egg
- 3 oz Maple syrup
French Toast Batter Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- ¼ cup Milk
- 2 Tbsp Maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Cook chicken sausage pattie per specifications.
- Mix together French Toast Batter ingredients.
- Cut the biscuit in half, dip it cut side down into the French Toast Batter, and sear over medium heat.
- While the biscuit is cooking, brush the top half with bacon butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Cook egg to desired doneness.
- Assemble and serve with maple syrup on the side.
